THE MALTA POSTER

THE MALTA POSTER
This Malta poster of thirty-one superimposed mellow-colored photographs by Felix Borda depicts present times (Siege Bell Memorial) encroaching on our past (churches and buildings of historical and architectural importance). Urban development can be seen in Balluta Bay and the Harbor area, in contrast to Blue Grotto's natural beauty. Means of transport such as the Maltese Luzzu (Fishing Boat), Route Bus, Local Truck and Maltese Cab (Karrozin) are rich in color. Popeye Village though alien to the Maltese landscape is still a tourist attraction. Folkloristic elements: lace-making, door-knockers and fishing boats abound. Size: 68 x 71cm, including border. € 6.95
